If your energy supplier has ceased trading, we’ll provide an update on your case as soon as Ofgem nominate a 'Supplier of Last Resort' to take over as your new supplier. Until that time we appreciate your patience and recommend you take a meter reading.

Ombudsman Services appreciate that this is a challenging time for energy suppliers and want to assure you that our Partnership Team are here to help.

We welcome conversations that help us to understand how we can support you better. Our Partnership Team can work with you to review complaint data to enable you to gain insight into your performance in the market. They can also support you to improve customer satisfaction to reduce complaint volumes and their associated costs.

We are here to support both suppliers facing potential closure and those taking on new customers through the Supplier of Last Resort process.
