Ombudsman Services senior operations team update | June 2020

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve made some changes to the senior team in Operations, as we continue to focus on improving the quality of the service to our customers.

The changes are as follows:

  • Helen Meaden, who joined Ombudsman Services last year, becomes Acting Operations Director
  • Nicolette Granite a long-standing member of the Ombudsman Services team, steps into the role of Head of Operations
  • She joins Kay Roberts, who joined Ombudsman Services in March 2015 and has been in the role of Head of Operations since December 2019.

Simon Palmer, managing director at Ombudsman Services, said:

Our operations team is at the very heart of what we do as an organisation, so it’s vital that we have the right people in place to lead and inspire those working in that function. I would like to congratulate Helen, Nicolette and Kay on their new roles and personally wish them every success.
