If your energy supplier has ceased trading, we’ll provide an update on your case as soon as Ofgem nominate a 'Supplier of Last Resort' to take over as your new supplier. Until that time we appreciate your patience and recommend you take a meter reading.

'One touch switch' by April 2023

Following its recent consultation on broadband switching, Ofcom has now confirmed that all providers will need to have plans in place for its ‘One Touch Switch’ process by April 2023.

We understand that this will mean significant change to many of our partners current processes and systems, and we will be in touch during the course of 2022 to discuss the issue further.
